The amla is hand-cut, lightly boiled, and slow-cured in cold-pressed mustard oil with traditional spices to lock in its sharp flavour and natural nutrients.

There are no artificial colours, preservatives, or synthetic acids — just real amla, mustard oil, and sun-matured masala working together. The pickle delivers a tangy, earthy, slightly spicy punch while retaining the natural goodness amla is known for.
